The hotel is great and nice staff. The bed was comfy and there were TV with satellite channels, a private safe and a coffee maker in the room. Don't forget to dine at Tsukasa Kochihonten, it's within 20 minutes walk or so, we loved it😃👍
The breakfast we ordered was expensive, it could be be much better.

The amenities in the spa/onsen were amazing, with full-length lockers and fantastic hair and facial treatments. the room was comfortable, tidy, and perfect for our romantic getaway. the staff provided impeccable Japanese hospitality and were very helpful in assisting us with navigating the city.
Although the hotel was located in a central area, it was not convenient for walking to main places in the city. the breakfast options were heavily biased towards Japanese cuisine and lacked variety in Western options.

We enjoyed the great view from our high floor room and the friendly staff, who made us feel looked after. The car parking was reasonably priced at Y600 per night, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including the well-appointed onsen, sauna, and healthy and tasty breakfast. Additionally, this hotel is situated next to a river with sakura, and it is not far from the famous Hirome market.
Nothing that we didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the luxurious room was equipped with exclusive amenities that made our stay even more comfortable. the exceptional service from the staff met all our needs, they even fulfilled our private facilities requests promptly.
The only minor issue was the limited access to the Sauna, it was only open at specific times. the overall experience at this venue made up for this.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel’s location was perfect for us as it was close to several tourist attractions and restaurants.
The bathroom was small and cramped, which was inconvenient. The hotel’s distance from the train station made it difficult to get to, especially with a lot of luggage.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river with easy access to Kochi castle and the famous Hirome market. the room was spacious with a great view of the city. the service was friendly and helpful.
The onsen closed too early in the evening for my liking.
